Torrian Gray joins Fuente's staff at Tech

Secondary coach will continue working with defensive coordinator Bud Foster

BLACKSBURG – Head coach Justin Fuente confirmed Thursday that secondary coach Torrian Gray will join his staff at Virginia Tech after previously serving under Frank Beamer.

Gray, who played at Tech from 1992-96 and spent three seasons in the NFL, joined Beamer’s staff in 2006 and has helped build a tradition of tremendous play in the Hokies’ secondary. Under his watch, five Tech players have earned All-America honors, including Kendall Fuller last season. The list also includes Kyle Fuller, Jayron Hosley, Macho Harris and Brandon Flowers.
