It has been nearly two weeks since the University of Michigan fired head football coach Sherrone Moore with cause. Now, what has already been a crazy coaching cycle gets even crazier with arguably the best job opening up after all the other positions were filled.
It is going to be hard for Michigan to get their ideal candidate, but there could be some movement soon. According to Austin Meek of The Athletic, interim coach Biff Poggi, who will lead the Wolverines in the Citrus Bowl on New Year's Eve at 3 p.m. against Texas, has interviewed multiple times for the position full-time.
