Alan Faneca is a member of the Pro Football Hall of Fame class of 2021. He will be officially inducted this summer in Canton, Ohio.
However, Faneca had some other news this week, as he was named the new head coach of Frank W. Cox High School in Virginia Beach. Faneca moved to the Virginia Beach area after his playing days were over. He was most recently Cox’s offensive line coach.
He replaces Bill Stachelski, who stepped down after 13 seasons as head coach of the program.
