BLACKSBURG – The No. 19/20 Virginia Tech women’s basketball team rolled past Delaware State, 88-48 on Friday night at Cassell Coliseum. With the win Tech improved to 13-0 on the season, marking the second best start in program history.
All 10 Hokies that appeared in the game scored with Chanette Hicks and Samantha Hill lead the way with 14 points. Hicks also added seven assists and five steals. Sidney Cook and Regan Magarity each tallied double-doubles. Cook recorded 10 points, 14 boards while Magarity notched 10 points and 11 rebounds.
