Zach LeDay finished with 23 points and has scored in double figures in seven of the eight games this season and 36 times in his Virginia Tech career. It is his third 20-point game of the season and the 12th if his Virginia Tech career.
Buzz Williams, Hokies head coach has taken notice to LeDay and his leadership.
“I think, so far, maybe a little bit even bleeding into the end of last year, when things are haywire they’re going to throw the ball to Zach,” said Williams. “He’s going to score, he’s going to get fouled but he also does a good job of finding the next guy.
