In the 2024 NFL Draft, there were a handful of former Virginia Tech players selected, and some are making impacts in 2025 in their rookie seasons. Wide receiver/punt returned Jaylin Lane was picked by the Washington Commanders and is opening some eyes, returning two punts already for touchdowns. The latest was in Sunday's win over the New York Giants.
Running back Bhayshul Tuten was picked by the Jacksonville Jaguars and scored his sixth touchdown of the season in Jacksonville's rout of the New York Jets on Sunday in Northern Florida.
As far as the 2026 NFL Draft in Pittsburgh goes, it remains to be seen if any Hokies from the 2025 roster will be drafted.
