Ford named receiver of the week, Clark defensive back of the week
GREENSBORO, N.C. – Virginia Tech players Isaiah Ford and Chuck Clark have earned Atlantic Coast Conference Players of the Week awards announced by the conference office Monday morning.
Ford, a sophomore from Jacksonville, Florida, was named the receiver of the week while Clark, a junior from Suffolk, Virginia, was named the defensive back of the week for their performances in the Hokies’ win over in-state rival Virginia on Saturday, 23-20. It is the first ACC weekly honors for both.
