CLEMSON, S.C. - Virginia Tech’s sprinters wrapped up the Bob Pollock Invitational with eight top-10 finishes on the final day of competition.
“Overall, it was a great meet coming off the cancelled Hokie Invite last weekend,” said sprints, hurdles, and relays coach Tim Vaught. “We had several personal best marks in the two days. It’s great after coming off last weekend and to prepare for next weekend’s Elite Meet.”
The Hokies dominated the 200-meter dash on both the men’s and women’s sides. Junior Dante Prince set a new personal record in his second place finish in 22.
