The ACC Tournament started this afternoon, and the Miami Hurricanes defeated the Wake Forest Demon Deacons in their opening round game. The score was 79-71, but that really isn’t all that important. When it comes to the tournaments it all comes down to who gets the W.
Well, that sets the table for the 2:00 PM Miami vs. Virginia Tech grudge match. If you don’t think that this is a serious brouhaha in the making just remember that Tech dominated the ‘Canes this season. That’s reason enough to get a whole head of steam up and run onto the court tomorrow with a huge score to settle.
