St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands – The Virginia Tech women’s basketball team is one of eight set to compete in the 2017 Paradise Jam held Nov. 17-25, 2017 at the University of the Virgin Islands in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands. The announcement was made Wednesday by tournament directors at the annual Paradise Jam press conference.
The women’s tournament will take place Nov. 23-25. In addition to the Hokies, the tournament field will include Butler, Drexel, George Washington, Syracuse, Vanderbilt, West Virginia, and Wisconsin. The women’s tournament features two four-team divisions in a two-game bracket competing for separate tournament championships.
