CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – The Virginia Tech women’s basketball team was hot from long-range, connecting on 15-of-32, setting a new team record for most 3-pointers in a game, as the Hokies defeated Boston College 82-79 in the regular-season finale.
Regan Magarity led the Hokies (17-12, 4-12 ACC) with a career-high 26 points and 16 rebounds. Kendyl Brooks added a career-high 23 points, connecting on 7-of-12 from outside the arc. Chanette Hicks tallied 14 points, nine assists and three steals while Samantha Hill tallied 13 points and seven boards.
