We are a couple of weeks away from fall camps opening for college football, and we are under seven weeks away from Virginia Tech opening the season in Atlanta on Aug. 30 against South Carolina in a standalone Sunday afternoon game on Labor Day Weekend.
This is setting up to be a season of expect the unexpected for Brent Pry in Year 4 of his tenure in Blacksburg and really one where his future might be on the line. The problem is that, unlike going into last year, he has had big roster turnover between the transfer portal and the NFL Draft.
