EUGENE, Ore. - Hanna Green took third place, set a new school record and earned First Team All-America honors to close out the Hokies’ time at the 2015 DI Outdoor Track & Field Championships hosted by The University of Oregon of Saturday evening.
Green was with the lead pack from the beginning of the race and found herself in the mix for a national title with 100 meters left. Green used a strong kick but was outpaced at the finish. Green earned her second First Team All-America honor of her career with her first coming during the indoor season.
