The Hokies were able to hold on to the win to get a much needed victory against the Yellow Jackets 26-17. The game had some real positives for Virginia Tech, that started a four out of five game road trip to end the regular season.
Malachi Thomas was exceptional, especially to finish off the game, and earn himself another 100+ yard performance with 103 on the ground. Raheem Blackshear added another 83 yards on 14 carries to help get the Hokies 239 yards on the ground.
Tre Turner was an absolute beast with 187 yards and a long play of the season of 69 yards.
