Edmunds named Dudley Award finalist, Phillips, Stroman honored by TD Club of Richmond

BLACKSBURG – Junior LB Tremaine Edmunds was named a finalist for the Dudley Award, presented annually to the best college football player in the state of Virginia, while senior WR Cam Phillips was named Offensive End of the Year and senior PR Greg Stroman was named Specialist of the Year by the Touchdown Club of Richmond, the organization announced Tuesday.

Edmunds, a Butkus Award finalist, turned in his second straight 100-tackle season for the Hokies and currently ranks sixth in the conference with 102 total tackles. His 14 tackles for loss rank third among ACC linebackers and eighth overall in the ACC.
