Well, we know how problematic defensive tackle depth has been for the Hokies this year, and that’s with losing Ricky Walker next year to graduation and Darius Fullwood to moving on from the university. Now the Hokies got at least a little bit of experienced help coming on board soon- pending signing- as JUCO defensive tackle Dashawn Crawford decided to commit to the Hokies. This makes the 17th commitment for the Hokie recruiting class, and the third defensive tackle (replacing the decommitted Brandon Dorlus). Junior college players live in weird areas when it comes to rankings, but he’s considered a three star by 247; he’s the eighth overall ranked JUCO defensive tackle and the 14th ranked player from Mississippi.
