It appears that Virginia Basketball has wrapped up their summer training (it is August now, after all). For the past few weeks, both second year Ty Jerome and redshirt first year DeAndre Hunter have been posting videos to their Instagram stories. At least three times, the duo hits back to back half-court shots before running off the court.
Well, now we have proof.
(For those curious, the sports-bra looking items they are wearing measure vitals as they play.)
While I don’t think Hunter and Jerome magically will have the green light to pull up from mid-court during any moment that’s not with two seconds left on the clock, it’s still fun to see.
