The Virginia Cavaliers may have snuck into the latest AP Poll at No. 25, but the voters in the SB Nation FanPulse Top 25 don’t feel the same. Virginia just missed the cut, but received votes in this week’s poll.
Yet again...another week, another ranking led by the Clemson Tigers, as the ACC’s finest dispatched then-No. 12 Texas A&M, 24-10, on Saturday afternoon. Besides those Tigers, who have now rattled off 17 wins in a row, Ed Orgeron’s LSU squad also earned a notable victory in Week Two, besting Texas on the road, 45-38, behind 471 passing yards and four touchdowns from senior quarterback Joe Burrow.
