Virginia offers four-star Texas point guard Quentin Grimes

Virginia basketball coach Tony Bennett offered a 2018 point guard out of Texas, Quentin Grimes, according to Chip Miller.

Grimes, a four-star recruit according to 24/7 Sports, ESPN, and Scout, has offers from a litany of schools including Arizona, Texas A&M, Stanford, Oklahoma, Florida, Miami, Wake Forest, Texas, UCLA, and Kansas (shocker...I see you, Bill Self).

At 6-4, Grimes has good height for a point guard, and is ranked in the top 35 for the 2018 class by the big three (24/7, ESPN, and Scout). He has the ability to take it to the rim, but has a nice touch on his jumper as well as from beyond the arc.
