The Virginia Basketball season gets underway Wednesday (September 25) as practice starts, but Head Coach Tony Bennett hasn’t slowed down since the Cavaliers won the National Championship back in April.
Bennett offered 2020 power forward Jaemyn Brakefield on Tuesday evening, according to Brakefield’s personal Twitter:
The 6’9, 215 pound forward is rated a 4-star recruit by Rivals and attends Huntington Prep in Huntington, West Virginia. He has offers from Auburn, Louisville, Ole Miss, Kansas, Michigan, UCLA, Michigan State, West Virginia, and more. Brakefield has an official visit scheduled with Louisville this coming weekend, and officials scheduled with Michigan and Ole Miss in October.
