Virginia moves back up to No. 3 in latest AP Poll

After one week at No. 4, the Virginia Cavaliers returned to the No. 3 position in the latest AP Poll. Duke took over the top spot after then-No. 1 Tennessee fell in a lopsided game at Kentucky over the weekend. Gonzaga moved up to No. 2, and Kentucky and Tennessee round out the top five at No. 4 and No. 5.

Virginia picked up a big road win at No. 8 North Carolina and held off the plucky Fighting Irish this week.

The Vols were at No. 1 for a program-record four weeks before dropping their second game of the season.
