Virginia men’s lacrosse places four on All-ACC team

Four members of the Virginia Cavaliers men’s lacrosse team were honored with All-ACC selections on Tuesday.

Attackmen Michael Kraus and Matt Moore, along with midfielders Ryan Conrad and Dox Aitken, all were pegged as all-conference.

Kraus is the conference’s per-game leading scorer, with 4.64 points per game despite missing UVA’s last three games. Moore is the overall leading scorer in the ACC with 59 points.

Moore is the only newcomer to All-ACC among Virginia’s four honorees. This is Kraus’ third all-conference selection, while Aitken and Conrad have previously been picked once each.

Syracuse and North Carolina face off on Thursday night in the ACC Tournament play-in game, with the winner facing UVA at 2 PM on Saturday.
