Back in late June, the UVA football coaches landed six commitments in one whirlwind weekend. Among those to commit: offensive lineman Harry Crider out of Indiana. At the time, Virginia was Crider’s only Power Five offer.
Apparently he picked up at least one more, because Crider announced today he was decommitting from Virginia and committing to the Indiana Hoosiers.
Crider’s flip is a setback for the Hoos, who have spent much of their energy on the recruiting trail beefing up the offensive and defensive lines.
Thankfully there are several other targets waiting in the wings.
