Powers joins former UNC offensive lineman Jared Cohen and former ECU quarterback Kurt Benkert as transfer additions to new coach Bronco Mendenhall's program.
As the tweet from the official program account says, Powers will move from offensive line—which he played at ASU—to defensive end, which was his preferred position coming out of high school.
