Virginia earns its record-breaking 32nd win of the season

With their 53-49 win over Oregon, the Virginia Cavaliers recorded a program best 32nd win of the season.

The previous record was 31, which the Hoos set just last year when they beat UNC in the ACC Tournament. The Cavaliers have won 30 or more games five times in their history:

1982: 30-4

2014: 30-7

2015: 30-4

2018: 31-3

and currently in 2019: 32-3

Did you miss how they got there? The Hoos went on a 10-0 run to close the first half with a 30-22 lead at halftime.
