Three Hoos drafted in the 2016 Major League Lacrosse Collegiate Draft

Coholan, Pannell, and Howard drafted for the professional outdoor lacrosse league.

Major League Lacrosse held their 2016 Collegiate Draft today in the snow in Baltimore.

Greg Coholan was taken sixth overall to the Boston Cannons, joining fellow Wahoos Rob Emery, Tyler German, and Scott McWilliams.

James Pannell was taken 24th overall to the New York Lizards, where he will play alongside former Cavaliers Chris LaPierre and Matt Poskay. Pannell's brother, Rob, also plays for the Lizards.

Michael Howard went to the Chesapeake Bayhawks in the 55th pick of the draft, joining Virginia's former goalie, Kip Turner.
