Virginia basketball overcame a slow start after almost two weeks off and beat visiting Robert Morris, 79-39.
Devon Hall paced the Hoos with an 11-point first half that saw the Colonials hang tight with Virginia for the first 15 minutes, even leading the home team 13-12 at the 6:23 mark. UVA needed a 20-5 run to close the half in order to build the Cavaliers’ 14-point halftime lead. All eleven of Hall’s points came during the run.
