Olamide Zaccheaus becomes the all-time Virginia leader in receptions

With just under a minute left in the third quarter against the North Carolina Tar Heels, Virginia’s Olamide Zaccheaus earned a spot in the UVA football record books as he became the all-time leader in receptions with 211.

His 211 receptions breaks the record of 210 set by Billy McMullen, who was in Charlottesville from 1999-2002.

Zaccheaus is a versatile player and, according to Virginia’s game notes, is the only active player with 2,000 career receiving yards (2,227 going into today’s game) and at least 450 rushing yards (496).
