Another slow start couldn't doom the Hoos as they were able to overcome Miami's defense and fast paced offense to claim another ranked W ending their two game losing streak.
The Cavaliers were able to overcome a cold first half to outlast the Hurricanes and end the two game skid. Not only does UVa get a key 66-58 win over the #8 team, but they also ended their own two game losing streak and Miami's 8 game winning streak.
At the half, Virginia fans were scratching their heads wondering if any adjustments had been made after the two game skid.
