Virginia Basketball’s Kyle Guy has had a big summer. First, he cut off his signature “Guy Bun”, devastating the sports world. The coiffure change garnered the attention of Sports Illustrated, ESPN, and the likes on Twitter.
Slow news summer, I guess.
Now, KG has posted a video showing some of his workouts from the summer:
Boxing! Running! Tire flips! Oh my! The second year guard, who finished his first season averaging 7.5 points per game while shooting just shy of 50% from three, looked more lean and agile. Guy will be a central part of Virginia’s team this coming season as the Hoos will need to find scoring from several options.
