The Brooklyn Nets defeated the Miami Heat tonight, 111-87, behind a career-high 21 points from former Virginia superstar Joe Harris (#swoon). Harris has had a solid season this year, averaging 9.5 points per game and shooting 45% from the field. His three-point shooting has dipped to 35%, but he’s stated preseason that his goal is to shoot 40% or better.
Against the Heat in Miami, Harris shot a blistering 7-for-9 (78%) from the field and had seven rebounds. He went 4-for-4 from three, including this one that touched a little bit of everything.
