We’re a quarter of the way through the NFL regular season, and several former Hoos have stepped up their games. Let’s take a look at how UVA alumni did in Week 4.
The major contributors:
Branden Albert, Miami Dolphins – The Dolphins couldn’t get anything going offensively in a 22-7 loss to the Bengals, finishing with just 220 total yards. QB Ryan Tannehill was sacked 5 times and the running game never really got going. The Dolphins only ran the ball 13 times.
Ahmad Brooks, San Francisco 49ers – The 49ers defense couldn’t stop the Cowboys in a 24-17 loss.
