Greyson Lambert, formerly the quarterback for the Virginia Cavaliers, has transferred to play for Mark Richt and the Georgia Bulldogs. ESPN’s Joe Schad broke the news:

Schad notes Lambert is a graduate transfer with two years of eligibility remaining. Since Lambert will attain his undergraduate degree, he can play immediately at Georgia.
Lambert started nine games for the Cavaliers last season, missing three due to an ankle injury sustained early in the year.
