College Football Odds: Virginia opens as 29-point underdog to Clemson

In a rematch of last year’s ACC Championship Game, the Virginia Cavaliers and the country’s top-ranked Clemson Tigers face off next Saturday, October 3, at 8:00 p.m., televised on the ACC Network. Vegas puts Virginia as a whopping 29-point underdog at Clemson next week.

With an all-time record of 8-39-1 against the Tigers, Virginia has lost the last four straight in the series, including a 62-17 loss in the ACC Championship Game last season. The Hoos last beat Clemson in 2004, a 30-10 victory in Charlottesville.

Both teams are undefeated and both teams are 1-0 atop the ACC standings, which is a fun way to describe the contest between last year’s Atlantic and Coastal champions.
