CAVALIERS SURVIVE SEMINOLES 31-24

In what was billed as perhaps the biggest home game of the Bronco Mendenhall era the Virginia Cavaliers survived against the Florida State Seminoles, 31-24.

The Seminoles took a lead into halftime (again) leading UVa 14-10 thanks to essentially a gift touchdown on their first score after a muffed punt by Billy Kemp, a shanked punt by the Hoos, and a personal foul on Joey Blount for hitting James Blackman,

Like every other game for FSU this season, the second half got away from him and saw UVa outscore the Noles 21-10.
