After evening the series and putting the fear of God in Louisville on Saturday, the Cavaliers dropped a hard fought series finale to the Cardinals on Sunday, 4-3.

Adam Haseley took the mound for the Hoos and gave them the exact start they needed: seven innings, only two earned runs, while striking out five and only giving up give hits and two walks.

Junior Tommy Doyle relieved Haseley in the 8th and took the hard luck loss after allowing one earned runs, but two runs total, over the final two innings.

The offense used multi-hit games from Ernie Clement, Robbie Coman, and Charlie Cody in a solid 9 hit effort that lead to three runs.
