Virginia's fifth year guard, Malcolm Brogdon, earned the title of ACC Player of the Week today for his outstanding play over the last two games.
Against Boston College, Brogdon scored a career-high tying 27 points on 7-for-10 shooting, including 5-for-5 from beyond the arc. He also added six rebounds and went 8-for-8 from the free throw line.
On the road at Pitt, Brogdon kept the hot shooting going with 21 points on 6-for-9 shooting from the floor and converting 3-for-5 from three point land. He stayed perfect from the charity stripe, making all six of his free throws, and added four assists, a steal, and two rebounds.
