It wasn't long ago that Villanova got the call from Josh McGrigg, a speedy receiver from Alexandria, Virginia's Mount Vernon high school; he committed to the program verbally on January 20th. He is a 5'11" 175-pound wide receiver and defensive back, who could find himself on either side of the ball at Villanova -- though we think he might be a fit at receiver, where the 'Cats could use some speedy playmakers to help out their young quarterbacks downfield.
Also a talented kick returner, McGrigg made the Richmond Times-Dispatch's All-State Second Team at that position.
