Happy Monday, ‘Nova Nation! Villanova is looking for a home next year, and it sounds like Jay Wright would prefer to have every single home game played at the Wells Fargo Center.
The reasons are obvious — familiarity, capacity, etc. - but should they be looking to play in other venues? The Palestra, the PPL Center and the Sun National Bank Center (Trenton, N.J.) have been floated as options.
The argument would be that these venues would give people from different areas a chance to attend...but given the capacity of the WFC and the relative proximity of those arenas does it matter?
