One of the first few commits of the Class of 2018, Troy High School’s (N.Y.) two-way standout Dev Holmes has chosen to go elsewhere.
Holmes, a 5-foot-8 and 160 pound athlete, opted to play as a wide receiver for Villanova in early August. As of Thursday night, he announced the decision to enroll at CAA rival Albany instead, which just a short 15-minute ride from his home.
