Snellville, Georgia defensive back Julian McDuffie reported that he received an offer from Villanova this week on Twitter. The 5'11" and 162-pound high school senior could line up in a couple of spots for the Wildcats' 3-3-5 defensive scheme.

The state of Georgia is a growing hotbed for football recruiting, and despite being smaller overall than Florida, California and Texas, it has been punching above its weight-class. With a nice little Villanova alumni community in the Atlanta area already, it's no surprise that the 'Cats have taken a look at the Atlanta suburbs for future gridiron talent.
