Villanova, buoyed by a 2-0 week with a road victory over Creighton and a 14-point win over rival Georgetown, has risen to #14 in the newest AP Poll released on Monday.
Gonzaga remains the top school in the country for the third consecutive week. Baylor, who defeated Villanova in Myrtle Beach, Duke, Auburn, and Butler round out the Top 5.
Aside from Butler, ‘Nova (12-3, 3-1) is joined by Seton Hall at #18 and Creighton at #25 in the Poll.
