Kyle Lowry has become a paragon of hard work ethic, maturity and good attitude, but when he first got to Villanova, he was a little rougher around the edges. Since leaving the Main Line for the NBA, Lowry has stayed close with Jay Wright, and allows him to tell some tales about his less proud moments.
It seems, there was at least one of those moments that could have led to Lowry leaving Villanova even sooner than the end of his two-year stint. Its a good thing that Wright didn't pull the trigger though, the Philly guard was a big part of the 'Cats' famed four-guard offense in 2006 and a tremendous ambassador for the program in his free time as well.
