Huuuuuuump Daaaaaaay! You’re not going to believe this, but Radnor voted down Villanova’s plan to put a dome over the Higgins Soccer Complex during the winter months.
The dome would have kept more athletes on campus and given them a warm space to train during the winter months.
And it also would have been visible to residents, who voiced concerns about their property value.
So, just another day in Radnor.
