Quarterback Qadir Ismail signs Letter of intent

He might have the build of a basketball player, but make no mistake. When you see Qadir Ismail walking around Villanova’s campus next fall, he’ll be quarterbacking the Wildcats. The 6-foot-7 dual-threat signal caller has signed on to play for Mark Ferrante and be a Wildcat.

Ismail chose to attend Villanova over offers from other FCS schools such as Lafayette, Maine, and New Hampshire. The tall quarterback will have no issues seeing over the offensive line with his 6-7 frame, and while he also played basketball in high school, he’ll be taking his talents to the gridiron.
