Phil Booth Jr. will sign an Exhibit 10 contact with the Washington Wizards, according to a source familiar with the situation. It means that Booth will go to training camp with the Wizards, who then have the option to use the money they gave Booth to sign on a 2-way contract.

As explained above, the signing gets Booth to Wizards training camp, but does not guarantee a 2-way contract.
