Happy Monday, ‘Nova Nation! If you’re into such things, KenPom released his preseason rankings last night and Villanova is projected as the best team in the country! And they are just one of two teams (along with Arizona) projected to win every game currently on the schedule.
It is important to remember that these rankings are mostly based on what a team returns, and the caliber of recruit(s) that they are bringing in. The former is obviously weighted much more heavily, so bringing back guys like Jalen Brunson and Mikal Bridges meant a lot.
