Happy Tuesday, ‘Nova Nation! Perhaps less so than previous seasons, this week feels a bit anticlimatic to me. Of course I’d love to run the table in NYC and bring home another trophy. But whereas in years past Villanova’s BET performance felt destined to impact their NCAA Tournament seed, this year fails to do it in my eyes.
Your Villanova Wildcats are unanimously slotted into the 1-seed in the East region in every single Bracketology that I’ve seen since their win over Georgetown. And rightfully so.
So much so, that several pundits are saying they’re locked in.
