4-star guard Isaiah Wong has trimmed his list of college suitors to a final 5, as reported by Pat Lawless on Monday afternoon. Wong will choose from one of Miami (Fla.), UConn, Clemson, Pittsburgh and Villanova.
Wong is a dynamic playmaker that is ranked #86 in the 247 Composite Rankings. Having transferred from Notre Dame (N.J.) to Monsignor Bonner in Philadelphia last season, he’s well known by the Wildcats staff.
But with Justin Moore in the fold already and elite targets like Josh Green, Bryan Antoine, Scottie Lewis and Nico Mannion still in play, there’s a prevailing thought that Wong and Villanova aren’t a match.
