Villanova University raised their second national championship banner on Friday night as the school unveiled the 2016 edition at Hoops Mania at The Pavilion, as well as an updated version for 1985.
During the annual basketball celebration, the men’s team was also presented with their championship rings. Following that, the team split into two squads for an intra-squad scrimmage.
To continue a steep tradition of popular music performers that started with 50 Cent & Tony Yayo (2006), Mims (2007), T-Pain (2008), Trey Songz (2009), Fabolous (2010), Drake (2011), Rick Ross (2012), Nicki Minaj (2013), ScHoolboy Q (2014), and Big Sean last year, Wiz Khalifa performed for the students this year.
